Cancellation Policy

  1. The initial advance deposit booking amount of INR 20,000 /-  or any other deposit fee is non-refundable in any circumstances whether it’s due to travel restrictions, lock-downs, or any similar or non-similar reasons due to covid or anything else of the similar nature, any act of god.
  2. Even if you have to cancel or reschedule your participation in the training or the event you are signing up for, your initial deposit of INR 20,000 /- will always be safe and you can use it in future within 2 years for any in-person or online courses offered by YogaHut Tapovan Rishikesh. For this you have to inform us about your change in schedule minimum 15 days before of course starting date.
  3. Course price may change in the future, but your booking will remain at the same price as it is booked.
  4. Balance course fee: You will have to pay the remaining course fee at the time of check-in on arrival.
  5. Once you have physically joined the course or the event you are signing up for, you shall become liable to pay us the complete fees of the Course or event. This fees becomes non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by YogaHut Tapovan in written.
  6. YogaHut Tapovan reserves the right to terminate the participation or continuation of any student in the course without any refund if it finds your presence disturbing or misbehaving in the group process.
